Banana smoothie recipe
Ingredients:
– One big banana, sliced and frozen
– One cup of ice cubes
– ½ teaspoon of grated orange peel
– One tablespoon of honey
– One tablespoon of flax seeds
– ½ cup of Greek yogurt
– ½ cup of cooked oats
– ½ cup of fresh orange juice
Instructions:
