Scientists develop rejuvenating chocolate

This is good news for all those worried about the process of aging and people who support hedonism – scientists have developed a special formula for chocolate that slows down the process of aging.

Thanks to the use of the same antioxidants that make the body and flamingo feathers pink, scientists from the famous Cambridge University in the UK have managed to improve the quality of skin of the participants in the study who were consuming this special rejuvenating chocolate.

Clinical studies have shown that the biomarkers found in the skin tissue in 50year-old and 60-year-old people were able to return to the same level as the one found in young people thanks to this sweet treat. Scientists have noticed that in participants who were eating this chocolate enriched with antioxidants the blood circulation was significantly improved after one month which has resulted in the calming inflammation processes and increased blood flow to the tissue. This ultimately means that this rejuvenating chocolate protects the skin from wrinkles too. Since each bar of this tasty chocolate contains only 38 calories, these experts believe that it is suitable for diabetics and people who follow strict diets too.

However, this chocolate won’t appear on the shelves in the local markets soon. Scientists are planning to do additional research in order to be completely sure that the formula is effective.
