7-Day Summer Diet Plan
We bring you detailed 7-day Summer Diet plan – tasty meals and recommendations which are not difficult to follow.
This diet is especially useful during the hot summer days because it is based on fruit and vegetables – foods that we can find in abundance during this period. Make a big list of your favorite fruits and vegetables and eat this food every day. In addition, drink plenty of water (about 8 glasses a day), water with lemon or shakes and drinks for weight loss and flatter stomach.
Summer Diet – Monday
On the first day of this diet, you should eat only vegetables. For example, you can choose cucumbers. You can eat as many cucumbers as you want even 10 pounds if you can. This vegetable is great especially because of the fact that it contains 90% water. If you select cucumbers, they will cleanse and detoxify your body.
Tuesday
This day should be dedicated to the fruits. For example, you can use oranges, peaches, apples, pears – all together. Try to eat these fruits in different periods of the day and if you still feel hungry you can take a cup of low-fat yogurt.
Wednesday
The menu on the third day of this 7-day summer diet plan is based on berry fruits. You can eat delicious raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or any other type of berries you find tasty. Consume them during the day and don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
Thursday
Today you will eat slightly more food. This is a milk day! Yogurt, cheese, kefir milk and whatever dairy product you want. If you are hungry, add a small amount of pears, cherries or grapes on the menu.
Friday
The diet plan continues and you are back to vegetables. Choose your favorite five types of vegetables and eat them in different combinations for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Saturday
Same as the second day of this diet – fruit. The only difference is that you can eat low-fat yogurt for dinner.
This will be the toughest day in this diet. But, be strong and determined because this is the last day of your 7-day summer diet plan. Today, you are only allowed to drink juices and shakes made of fruits and vegetables – oranges, apples, celery, tomatoes, spinach etc.
After this diet, you can return to your “normal mode” of nutrition, but, of course, make sure that you stay away from junk food. Keep in mind that products like sodas, candies, high-calorie barbecue and fatty foods are certainly not your friends. Remember how hard it was to finish this diet and you surely won’t risk dropping everything you’ve achieved for junk food.
