In order to prepare sugar scrub, you will need three tablespoons of brown sugar, one teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, one teaspoon of olive or almond oil and one tablespoon of honey. Stir all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a texture of a regular paste. Use circular movements to rub the mixture on your feet. Massage both feet for about five minutes and rinse them with lukewarm water.
We all know how eating oatmeal is beneficial for our health, but you can use oatmeal externally too. Mix 1/3 cup of oats and three tablespoons of olive oil in one small bowl. Massage your feet with this powerful mixture for about five minutes and then wash them with warm water.
This is a very simple home remedy used as a relaxing mixture for massage and scrub which will improve the look of your feet in a very short period of time. All you need is one cup of sea salt, half a cup of cold water and two drops of lavender essential oil. Gradually add water to the mixture of salt and essential oil. When you finally get a mixture that resembles a paste, rub the feet in a circular motion for several minutes and then wash them with warm water.

Keep this mask on your feet during the night. Mix four teaspoons of olive or almond oil, two teaspoons of cocoa butter, two tablespoons of honey and oil obtained from 4 standard capsules of vitamin E in a small bowl. Apply this efficient mask on your feet, put cotton socks on your feet and leave the mixture to act overnight. In the morning, remove the socks and wash your feet with lukewarm water.
- Foot powder
In order to create this scented foot powder, you will need: five to ten drops of your favorite essential oil and one tablespoon of baking soda. Mix baking soda and oil in a plastic bag and shake well. Use the powder on your clean feet on a regular basis and you can also add some of this mixture in your footwear during the night and clear it in the morning. Baking soda acts as a strong antibacterial agent which prevents excessive sweating of feet, it can eliminate many bacteria and prevent numerous infections.
This is a mixture that can be used for soaking and relaxing your feet. Simply mix two drops of lavender essential oil and ¼ cup of sea salt in 5 liters of warm water. Soak your feet in this mixture for up to 15 minutes.
