All you need is one cup of sea salt, half a cup of cold water and two drops of lavender essential oil. Gradually add water to the mixture of salt and essential oil. When you finally get a mixture that resembles a paste, rub the feet in a circular motion for several minutes and then wash them with warm water.

Mix baking soda and oil in a plastic bag and shake well.
